Keefe and Associates specializes in the preparation and prosecution of patent applications before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office.

Breaking News:  The proposed Draconian U.S. Patent Office rules package which was first planned to go into effect on November 1, 2007 has now been rescinded by new USPTO Director, David Kappos. We at Keefe and Associates applaud Director Kappos for his forward thinking, and wish him many successes in the coming years.

Clients range from Fortune 500 companies to novice individual inventors.
